After some technical issues on Friday we are working towards getting back to all customer support enquiries as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.

We may be a small team but we are committed to providing a high level of customer service to our customers, if you have any questions or concerns about an existing order please get in touch and we would be happy to help.

When submitting a support request please include your order number as an absolute minimum, this can be found within your order confirmation email.

We will always do our best to respond in under 48 hours but at busier periods this may be slightly extended.

Please note that due to the large number of orders we are currently processing customer support is not available via phone.
